One week have passed since the post about the health(ier) month. How are you feeling? Have you already felt a difference?
I spent a few days of the last week in Sweden and I have a huge love for the Swedish candy, At some supermarkets the candy department is ridiculous, no kidding. See for your self, seems to be no end to it at the “mix your own bag” isle.

I manage to not touch it and went for nuts instead. Very proud of myself.
On the other hand I have cravings for other things, like bread, so i figured that it’s a good thing to give some tips on what our bodies, most likely, is lacking when these cravings start to show.

And remember to drink enough water. My body often craves sugar when i haven’t been drinking enough.
Last but not least, a thing that have been really great for me. Do not go to the supermarket when you’re hungry or thirsty. When I do that i almost always end up buying salty, sugary things that i didn’t mean to buy.
