Change your thoughts, change your life.

Did you know that we humans think 65000 thoughts a day?
And 95% of them are thoughts we repeat from yesterday.

What we focus on, we attract, what we think becomes our reality, what we think, we become.

Be honest, are your mind set on positive; high vibration or does it tend to go on the negative pattern?

If you are on the positive side you’re on the right track. Keep up the good work! If you might tend to follow a negative pattern, don’t worry, it’s pretty easy to change.

Let’s start with a simple practice, what kind of tone do you use when you talk with yourself? Is it harsh or do you use the same voice you would use if you where to speak to a dear friend?
You see, that’s the key, you should be your own best friend. Always. Use kind words, supportive behaviour, encourage yourself. YOU are the most important person in your life. When you feel good your vibration is good and that will have an impact on people around you.
You are responsible for your happiness, and yes, we’re talking about the happiness that comes from within, not something you buy or get from someone else as gifts etc.
Simply love yourself, be kind to yourself, approve of your self. You are ordinary and unique and perfect in your imperfection.

So, what thoughts can you change?
When something negative comes to your mind, think of the opposite.
Let go of thoughts of what you don’t want and think of what you want.

Smile, always remember to smile, it does wonders to you and to the people you meet.
So what if not everyone smiles back, we really don’t know what other people struggles with and we should not judge. Send them a smile, and go on with your day. Smiles are free and they work its magic in every single language there is. Smile!

Now, we would love if you will take on a task this week.
For one day we want you to:

1. Smile to every person you meet (start with smiling to yourself in the mirror)

2. Remove all negative words from your sentences, tell people what you want, like, love, wish etc. (to be clear, you are not allowed to say. I don’t like eating meat. Instead you say, I really like fish or salad) Instead of saying “Don’t forget to smile” say; “remember to smile”.

3. Think of what you want, wish, love, like, dream of.

4.Write down three things that you are grateful for before you go to sleep. Say Thank you.

How did you feel after this day?
We really want you to keep on doing this every day.

You are important. We all are important.
No one is better no one is lesser, no one above, nor below.
We are equals.
Always remember that. You, I, WE are: Important. Fantastic. Ordinary. Unique.
